Kripalu Vinyasa

An Open-level Vinyasa-style class with an emphasis on breath awareness, and self-compassion. The class aims to cultivate a safe and open space for personal exploration within a group setting. Kripalu Yoga encourages practitioners to find a meditation in motion, and this class will do so from a place of joy.

Integrated Hatha

An ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda) yoga class that blends vinyasa flow with precise alignment and works both from the inside-out and outside-in.Even when the main focus is on physical postures (asanas), the class knits together elements from all steps of yoga practice (physical, energetic (pranic), mental, and spiritual) deepening the effect of the physical poses, to assimilate positive change into all levels of personality. Ultimately, we empower our students to become their own teacher by tuning into their breath and intuition.

Sweat & Restore

For the first half of class, students are guided through a heating practice, followed by a series of restorative poses aimed to completely relax the body. Open level

Release & Relax

One breath at a time we will release the tension, habits, and stress, as we bend and twist the body. We will move the blood in every direction to a calm and relaxing class ending pose.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a practice designed to completely melt away tension and calm the mind. The class begins with gentle movement to warm and open the body. Then supported postures are offered using props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, etc.) to allow muscles to relax deeply and induce a sense of surrender. Open to all levels.
