| Fundamentals | Focuses on building proper alignment and breathing techniques, great for beginners or experienced students who wish to strengthen their foundation. | Sweat & Restore | For the first half of class, students are guided through a heating practice, followed by a series of restorative poses aimed to completely relax the body. Open level. |
| Open | Open to all levels of practitioners, newcomers and seasoned yogis alike. | Explore | Vinyasa class which offers deeper variations, techniques and concepts. |
| Prenatal | Expectant mothers have the opportunity to be led through a modified yoga practice keeping their mind and body strong during this time of physical and emotional change. | Restorative | Restorative yoga is a practice designed to completely melt away tension and calm the mind. The class begins with gentle movement to warm and open the body. Then supported postures are offered using props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, etc.) to allow muscles to relax deeply and induce a sense of surrender. Open to all levels. |
| Yin | Focuses on stretching the ligaments and fascial tissues, working into the deeper and denser areas of the body, holding passive poses for extended periods of time, allowing for flexibility and better energy flow. | ||
| Meditation | Pre-and post-meditative asanas are used to prepare and restore the body for and followed by a meditation. Class is open to all levels. | ||
All classes are 75 min, except 8:00 AM Open, Meditation and Restorative which are 60 min.
