We are excited to launch our next 200 hour yoga teacher training program led by Roque Rodriguez and Stefanie Mihoulides! Deepen your yoga practice and learn how to share the gift of yoga with people of every walk of life through this life changing experience.
Roque and Stefanie have designed this training with care, giving you all the tools you'll need to feel confident in your ability to teach yoga from the very first day. You'll learn how to sequence a class with creativity and purpose. You'll dive into the the practice of yoga, moving, and meditating with a newfound mindfulness. Keeping to our mission of making health and wellness available to all communities, there will also be modules on kids yoga, yoga for seniors, trauma informed yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga service, and more! Teacher Trainees will receive unlimited classes for the duration of the training.
This training is for those who are serious and passionate about becoming a yoga teacher, or for those interested in deepening their practice. We want more great teachers in our community. We welcome you to join!
Early Bird: $2250 before December 31st
Or full payment due February 15th: $2,500
$500 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration
The 200-hour teacher training program at Hosh Yoga is top-notch. The curriculum covers everything from anatomy and alignment to philosophy and chakras, giving students a thorough and well-rounded foundation for teaching yoga. We were given the opportunity to start practice teaching on the very first day, so by the end of the training program I felt 100% prepared to teach a full yoga class from start to finish. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’d highly recommend to anyone interested in teaching yoga or even just deepening their own yoga practice!
-Fall 2018 Grad
We are offering one full scholarship to this training to a person interested in teaching in our I Can Breathe Program at the Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement in Queens.
As an exchange for the scholarship, this person will be responsible for teaching a free class to the buildings residents every Saturday for 6 months following the training.
To apply, please send a 200 word essay to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you think you would be a great candidate for this opportunity.
