Learn to let go. This gentle class welcomes yogis of all levels while taking a healing approach to releasing tension in the body. Find stillness in poses held for extended amounts of time as you fully relax with the support of blankets, props, and essential oils.
OPEN FLOW + SATSANG
Satsang is a gathering of good and virtuous company for spiritual growth. In this class (suitable for all levels of practitioner who are curious to dive inward) physical and subtle practices are incorporated for a yoga experience designed to help incorporate yogic principles and philosophical teachings into daily life -- both on and off the mat. Sessions will include asana (poses), Mantra (sacred sound), Dharma (philosophy), Kriya (purification practices), and Pranayama (breath work). The Satsang follows the class, and will focus on a different mantra, verse, or theme for a month at a time.
Meditators of all levels are welcome to unwind, relax, and clear their minds in our 30 minute guided meditation class. Reset and re-center through the use of breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, and intention setting.
Donation Based Classes
Any class on our schedule that is listed with the word "donation" in parenthesis means that that class is one of our daily donation based yoga or meditation classes. To make yoga accessible to all people these classes are "pay-what-you-can" or a suggested donation of $10. Namaste.
