We want you to come practice as much as you can, as often as you can. Hosh is here for you and your support is essential. You might come 3 times a week, once a week, once every two weeks, once a month, whatever it might be we want to be here for you whenever you need the balancing, the energizing, the calming, focusing, feeling of well being. We WANT to be HERE for YOU.
YOUR contribution is what ALLOWS that to happen.
Without the contributions, Hosh doesn't continue. We are not able to offer our space, have classes and ultimately, we won't be able to offer our higher quality, financially accessible service to the community. In addition, there are hundreds more beyond our studio that rely on our yoga service.

Hosh Yoga is committed to study, teach, disseminate and promote the art, science and philosophy of Yoga.  Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. Hosh Yoga is here to provide health to mind and body through yoga and meditation classes, as well as other educational classes and workshops. Regularly scheduled yoga and meditation classes are by donation, allowing for easier accessibility financially and cultivating a daily practice as well as developing a healthier community.

Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years, and currently, over 20 million Americans are enjoying its health benefits. Yoga can hardly be called a trend. It's been proven by countless researches that Yoga is highly beneficial to physical and mental health.
